That's why we are always here to support you whenever you have questions or need assistance. Below, you'll find answers to frequently asked questions - perhaps yours is among them. Questions about your access data:
I have not received an email with the access data.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Please check with your colleagues or head teacher, as there is a shared password for the whole school.
In case of an emergency (please only in an emergency), you can reset the password by visiting https://videos.cody21.com/ and clicking on “Forgot password”.
If you reset the password, please notify all colleagues so they can regain access to the media center.
Can I share my access data to my colleagues at school?
Yes, the access data is valid for your entire school. Please feel free to share them with your colleagues.
Can I pass on my school's access data outside the school?
No. The access data is only intended for use within your school. Please do not share it outside your school community, as this may prevent us from maintaining your school account.

Technical Questions about the Use of cody21
What is the quickest way to watch the next episode on my cell phone to prepare for class?
If you are using a cell phone, try switching to the desktop version of the website. You can usually do this by tapping the menu in the top right corner of your screen and selecting “Switch to desktop website.” This should help the video appear properly.
The video freezes during playback. What can I do?
If the video keeps freezing, it's usually because your internet connection isn't strong enough for smooth playback. To help, you can lower the video quality so it runs more smoothly. Just click the cogwheel icon at the bottom right of the video player and select a lower quality setting - the smaller the number, the less internet speed you need. This should help the video play without interruptions.
Can I download the video?
No, downloading the video isn't available. However, you are welcome to watch it as many times as you like online.
Questions about the cody Worksheets and Video Lessons:
The children in my class often finish their tasks more quickly. What can I do?
It's not uncommon for some classes - especially smaller or more advanced groups - to complete exercises before the hourglass timer runs out. Here is a handy tip:
In all our videos, you will notice yellow dots along the timeline at the bottom of the video player. These dots always mark the last 5 seconds of an hourglass. If your class finishes a task early, simply click on the next yellow dot to jump to the end of the hourglass and continue with the next activity.
The children in my class need more time for the tasks. What can I do?
If your students need more time, it's easy to slow things down. Just lause the cody video by clicking the "Pause" button. This lets your class finish the task at their own pace before continuing with the video.
How do I know which materials are needed for the cody lesson?
All the information you need for each cody lesson is listed below the video on the lesson screen. You will find details about which worksheets to print (and how many copies you will need), as well as any other materials required.
Every cody lesson is designed with classroom practicality in mind - you'll only need materials that are already available in the classroom or that students typically have in their school bags.

Should I follow the sequence, or can I play any cody video I want?
You are welcome to play any of the 16 cody episodes that interest you. If there is a particular topic or digital skill you want to focus on, you can select that episode first. However, since the videos are designed to build on each other, we recommend following the suggested sequence for the best learning experience.
